^ topCan I forward my calls to other Telbo users?
Yes you can - the callforwarding option in the client works with phone numbers, but you can also enter a (Telbo) user name.
^ topHow can Telbo keep their rates so low?
We always try to offer the best prices possible and Telbo constantly aims to negotiate better deals with suppliers to pass this discount on to our customers! By buying in bulk from major carriers and using state of the art technology Telbo is able to significantly undercut other international call providers. In addition, low overheads and a no frills approach enable our customers to benefit even more.
^ topCan I call a destination not included in your country list?
Unfortunately not at the moment. Only destinations which we are able to offer at discounted rates are included in our destinations list. Therefore, if the country you wish to call is not included in the list, we do not offer it yet. To stay informed of all new destinations and price deals please subscribe to our free newsletter.
^ topCan I get Telbo in my favorite language?
In the application, select "Tools" -> "Select Language". You can now choose from various popular languages.
^ topThe name KeyCollect appears on my credit card / bank statement. Who is this?
KeyCollect processes payments for Telbo. Therefore the name KeyCollect will appear on your credit card / bank statements.
^ topCan I become a local reseller for Telbo ?
Yes, it is possible to become a local reseller. In order to be considered as a local reseller we require a payment of at least 15 Euros by Western Union, Cashu, Ukash, Bank Transfer, iDeal or SofortÜberweisung/DirectEbanking.

PLEASE NOTE: Accounts that have already redeemed vouchers or received moneytransfers, or have done a credit card related payment will NOT get the local reseller status. The money deposited on those accounts will NOT be refunded or transferred back to the local reseller account where it came from. In this case we advise you to open a new account.
^ topCan a company sign up?
Yes. The payment conditions and how the service works is exactly the same as for residential customers.
^ top"Fair use policy (FUP)" what does that mean?
We offer calls to various destinations. If you use of our services in a normal way you will generally not be confronted with our Fair Use Policy; we reserve the right however to limit these calls if excessive or fraudulent use is suspected. Should you exceed our Fair Use Policy limit you will be charged normal rates for your calls. Please consult our terms of use for details.
^ topHow much will I be charged for my calls?
Calls will be charged at the applicable tariff for the destination you are calling. Rates are in Eurocents per minute and calls are rounded up to next minute. Apart from that there are no other charges; no subscription, registration, or administration fees! If you make a phone-to-phone call you will be charged a 3.9 ¢ starting fee.
^ topHow long does my credit last for calls?
The credit you have purchased will NOT expire.
^ topDoes Telbo offer SIP calls?
No, unfortunately, Telbo does not offer SIP calls.
^ topHow do I make free* voip calls?
With Telbo you can now make calls day or night for FREE! Just pick the subscription with the destination of your choice and make FREE calls for a month from 1 dollar. There are no hidden costs or long-term contract and you can cancel the service whenever you want.
Is the destination of your choice not a FREE destination you can always buy Credit and call these destinations at incredible low rates.
